The Cedar Restaurant Menu

Packed full of fresh seasonal ingredients, the Cedar menu is an homage to classic British cooking. Highlights include the duck and orange pate with warm brioche and fruit chutney, the pan-fried sea bream and the lamb rump as well as the perfectly cooked steaks.

Save room for dessert – the Bailey’s cheesecake is deliciously indulgent, as is the raspberry Pavlova and the dark chocolate torte.

The menu is a classic mix of British favourites such as steaks, fish, burgers, grills and salads as well as a tantalising choice of international specialities including spiced Peruvian chicken, Brazilian-style chicken skewers, Mexican tortilla and Spanish tapas.

Flavours is open for dinner on Monday – Saturday from 7.00pm until 9.45pm and closed all day Sunday.

Homage Restaurant

Inspired by the high ceilings and ornate pillars of the grand cafés of 18th century Europe, Homage is a fine dining establishment serving the best seasonal European cuisine.

The menu is full of classics including lamb and beef from the Buccleuch and Casterbridge Estates, Scottish pork and even Japanese salmon. It’s perfectly complemented by a well-curated wine list featuring an array of new and old world bottles.

Homage is open from 5.30pm – 10.30pm on Sunday to Wednesday and until 11.00pm on Thursday to Saturday. It’s open for breakfast from 7.00am.

The restaurant is open for breakfast weekdays from 6.30am – 10.00am, until 11.00am on weekends and for dinner from 7.00pm – 10.00pm Monday to Saturday.

Seasons is open from 7.00am until 10.00pm from Monday to Thursday and until 9.00pm on Friday and Saturday.
